The Brand New SERDI 100 HD Power as a combination of a workhead on double air cushion, equipped with an upgraded high-torque spindle, operated by a motor of 2.2 Kw, and a highly rigid bed that can carry very heavy cylinder heads with an easy travel front to back on air cushion table and pneumatic clamping. This new model is 216 percent more powerful than the previous SERDI 100 heavy duty.

Machine mainly dedicated to the low-speed machining of
big diameter seats. SERDI 100 HD accomodates the different
SERDI fixtures for cylinder heads.

Machine capacity from dia. 0.551" / 14mm to 4.724"
/ 120mm.
• The machine bed can accomodate either the tilting fixture
(+42deg to -15deg) or the hydraulic 360deg. roll-over fixture
with lateral up-and-down system.
• Crosswise movement of cylinder head through air-floated
table featuring pneumatic clamping.
• Patented
centering system: double air cushion, horizontal and spherical.
• Spindle rotation controlled by frequency inverter.
• Fitted with the new SERDI tooling that decreases the
cutting force by 30%, this machine will cut the hardest seats.
• Particularly recommended for guide diameters bigger
than 275"/7 mm.
• Spindle speed infinitely variable from 100 to 700
r.p.m. in both directions.
• Digital display of the spindle rotation speed.
