The SERDI VVR 120 is a high precision vertical valve refacer for valve stems from 0.157" to 0.787" / 4mm to 20mm.

Variable speed valve rotation and grinding wheel rotation for perfect surface finish on any material, including titanium, inconel, steel.

• Vertical valve rotation through fire face (patented)
• Valve rotation speed according to valve head diameter from 85 to 1000 r.p.m.
• Unmatched grinding and accuracy capabilities:
- Ø valve stem: 4 - 20 mm
- Ø valve head: up to 120 mm
- Valve seat angles: 12º - 60º15
• Grinding wheel (width 15 mm) balanced and driven by a motor spindle with infinitely variable rotation speed.
• Didactic control board.
• Built-in grinding wheel dresser with linear control.
